That was an interesting puzzle! I'm curious how the no-x'ers fared on this one.

I did not have too much trouble. In addition to solving with no x'es, I also solved one color at a time starting with dark blue and working the palette from right to left.

I did use X's, but I had a hard time regardless. The reason is as follows: I also did it one colour at a time, but I started with the green. And let me tell you, I do not recommend doing that to anyone else.
