I'm not sure the title is correct

Good

Looks more like the old Hanna-Barbera character "Jabberjaw" - a talkative shark.

Not so good

Looks more like an orca or a great white.

I was thinking it looked like Land Shark from SNL.

Well I think it's more shark than dolphin, and JayH has right, it's from the cartoon.

I thought it was a penguin tripping over!

Looks more like a shark to me. Still a good puzzle though.
